Can my company use the APEX logo or APEX EXPO logo?
ONLY APEX member companies in good standing can use the APEX logo and/or APEX EXPO logo upon application approval. To request a logo email info@apex.aero.

How do I make appointments to meet with exhibitors or airlines?
It is up to you to make all of your appointments using the personalized appointment schedule. A list of registered airlines and vendors is updated weekly. APEX recommends you make your appointments early as delegate schedules can fill quickly.

Where can I get the speaker presentations for sessions I missed?
Material from all of the education sessions will be posted within the members' only section of the APEX website after the expo.

Are meals included?
Continental breakfasts will be available each morning of the event, 17-20 September. For those that purchase a full registration or a “Monday Education” registration, lunch will be provided on Monday 17 September. For those that purchase a full registration or a “Monday night Awards Program” registration, heavy appetizers will be provided on Monday 17 September. For those that purchase a full registration or a “Wednesday night APEX/IFSA Networking Event”, dinner will be provided on Wednesday 19 September. Delegates are responsible for their own meals during the rest of the EXPO.

Does APEX pay for parking?
Parking is available at the Long Beach Convention Center and hotels, and is the reponsibility of the attendee/delegate.

What should I do if I lose my badge onsite?
Lost badges can be replaced at the Registration Desk for a fee of $25. Delegates are required to wear their conference badges to enter the exhibit halls and APEX events throughout the week.

What is the dress code?
The attire for the EXPO is business dress. The Wednesday evening networking event is casual dress.
