Appointments
Scheduling Appointments with Exhibitors – Must Be Done In Advance
The APEX EXPO is an appointment-driven show. Attendees need to make appointments with Exhibitors or Airline buyers in advance of the show in order to maximize their time during exhibit hours. Use the APEX Personalized Appointment Schedule to help keep track of your appointments and busy schedule during the event. Just open the PDF and write in your appointments then save it to your computer to add appointments later or feel free to print it out.

Schedules fill up quickly, so APEX recommends that attendees make appointments as soon as they register. Appointments are blocked in 30 minute intervals; however, multiple timeslots may be reserved in order to accommodate longer meetings as necessary. The most important thing to remember is to schedule your appointments early.

Participating airline and vendor companies are listed on the website and updated weekly as attendees register. Once you have registered for the event, upon request, APEX can provide you with a list of registered individual delegates by name, along with their company name and country of residence. Email info@apex.aero with your request.
